Quickway delivered works in the 36-hour super possession over the weekend with our Rail Infrastructure and Traffic Management divisions teaming up to deliver a complex but incident-free project. The Traffic Management team were involved from the early stages of planning to the implementation throughout the weekend. 66 traffic controllers worked alongside 9 contractors to seamlessly provide safe access and egress to the rail corridor along 15km of track from Bundanoon to Moss Vale.
The Rail Infrastructure team delivered 1986m of rerailing between Exeter and Bundanoon stations and the installation of several rail closures between Mittagong and Yass. All scope being completed safely and on time. Thanks for all the employees and subcontractors involved to ensure the successful planning and delivery of this project!
