Safety Employee of the Quarter – Cathal Caldwell
Quickway is proud to announce that our Safety Employee of the Quarter is Cathal Caldwell from our Electrical division, pictured here with Project Manager Shane Coleman.
Cathal currently works on our Ausgrid Cable Laying Project Works – Sydney Southern Region contract, where he excels in managing a variety of complex tasks to a high standard and coordinating his crew, whilst maintaining meticulous attention to all aspects of workplace health and safety. In his many years with Quickway, Cathal has always exhibited a strong work ethic and the quality of workmanship his crew presents is outstanding.
The restoration work completed as part of Burwood Zone Development was done so with zero punch-list items, meaning no public complaints and satisfying all stakeholders requirements.
Cathal is a credit to himself and an excellent representative for Quickway.
